What equipment do I need to play?
All you need is comfortable athletic clothing and cleats. We provide flags and other equipment.

Are there age restrictions for participating?

Our league is open to 11 to 15 year old young ladies. 

Would you extend the age group?

Age groups is based on the majority in this area. Feel free to contact us at HGQFFL@gmail.com about any expanding the league.
